The day after Christmas!!!

It just keeps on going like the energizer bunny!! We didn't have the girls for Christmas eve or day this year, but we have them now. So we celebrated Christmas with them on the day after. . . today!!!

Christmas Afternoon. . . Lunch at our house!!!

We invited everyone over to our house to have a big Christmas Lunch. Like any of us needed any more food, but isn't that what the holidays are supposed to entail (eating way too much)? I cooked a turkey (only the second one in my life!), ham, cheesy potatoes and green bean casserole. My brother and his wife brought the rolls, my aunt brought the dessert, Granny furnished the turkey and my mom brought a fruit salad. It turned out great and we had tons of food. Our house isn't super big, but we filled it full and it was fun!!!!

Christmas Morning . . . Breakfast at my Mom and Dad's

So it is tradition to go to my Mom and Dad's house for breakfast on Christmas morning. Everyone wears their PJs and we eat ham, hashbrowns, eggs and of course orange rolls and cinnamon rolls. Yummy!!!! Then after breakfast the kids open their presents from my parents. They had sooo much fun and as usual got way tooo much for Christmas!!

Christmas Day!!

We had a blast opening up all of the presents on Christmas Morning as you can tell by all of the pics I have posted!!!

As you can tell the boys are really into Iron Man this year, but if you ask them if they have watched the movie they will tell you no, because it is rated PG-13. It is true, I guess we are mean, but we just think that they should wait til they're older.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was a lot of fun. We went to my Mom's house and celebrated. We sang some Christmas songs and the kids acted out the birth of Jesus. After all the food and fun the kids got to open one present each and of course they were PAJAMAS! Who doesn't open new pjs on Christmas Eve to wear to bed and then all day on Christmas! :)

I tried attaching some video, but it wouldn't work for some reason. I was up in the bleachers surrounded by people and it wasn't easy to get out and around everyone so I didn't even try. :(
